These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Isalos Analytics Platform software and related services provided by NovaMechanics Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Isalos Analytics Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.
Isalos Analytics Platform is a desktop software application for predictive analytics, machine learning, AutoML, Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and data visualization. The software is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 3-month free trial that provides full access to all platform features. The trial begins upon account registration and expires automatically after 3 months.
Upon purchasing a license (Pro or Academic), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Isalos Analytics Platform for the duration of your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
Academic licenses are available to students, educators, and researchers affiliated with accredited educational institutions. A valid academic ID or institutional email may be required for verification.

The Isalos Analytics Platform, including all code, content, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NovaMechanics Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Isalos Analytics Platform processes data locally on your machine. We do not access, collect, or store the datasets you analyze with our software. You retain all rights to your data.
Paid licenses are billed annually. All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your license.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the software from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NovaMechanics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaMechanics Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the software will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
